wakiljitu Jurisdiction Notice
Our services on wakiljitu operate under strict jurisdiction-based rules. We do not offer our platform in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by local law. This notice explains where wakiljitu is accessible, what legal responsibility rests with users, and how we enforce geographic restrictions to comply with applicable regulations.
Every member who accesses wakiljitu is responsible for verifying that access and use comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction. We cannot guarantee that our services are legal everywhere; jurisdiction and regulatory status vary widely by country, region, and even local municipality. By creating an account on wakiljitu, you confirm that you have conducted this verification yourself and accept full legal responsibility for your access.
We monitor account activity and login geography. If we detect access from a jurisdiction where we have determined that online gaming is prohibited, we may suspend your account and initiate account review procedures. This is not punitive—it is a requirement of our own compliance framework and the agreements we maintain with payment processors (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and regulatory partners.
Geographic Access and Prohibited Jurisdictions
wakiljitu operates under a permitted-access model. We explicitly permit access from jurisdictions where we have confirmed that online gaming is legal and regulated, or where the legal status is ambiguous and local law does not explicitly prohibit individual participation. We explicitly prohibit access from jurisdictions where national or regional law prohibits online wagering entirely.
The distinction matters. In some jurisdictions, online gaming is legal but tightly regulated; in others, it is de facto tolerated despite the absence of explicit legal frameworks. In still others, it is strictly forbidden. wakiljitu's policy is to operate only where we have reasonable confidence that our service does not violate local law and where payment processors will settle transactions without legal risk.
If you are accessing wakiljitu from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, you are responsible for confirming that your access complies with Indonesian federal law and any applicable local or provincial regulations. The same principle applies to users in any other jurisdiction. We cannot make this determination for you; we can only state our own operating boundaries.
Our account suspension and review process
If our compliance team detects access from a jurisdiction we have flagged as prohibited, we suspend the account immediately and notify the user via email. The notification explains the reason for suspension and outlines the user's right to appeal. To appeal, you must submit evidence (such as a utility bill or residency document) demonstrating that you are physically located in a permitted jurisdiction and that your login location was temporary or anomalous.
We review suspension appeals within five business days. If the appeal is successful, we reinstate the account with full balance intact. If it is unsuccessful, we retain the balance for 30 days pending the user's written confirmation that they wish to withdraw it. After 30 days of no contact, we may close the account and forfeit the balance in accordance with local regulatory requirements. This is a protective measure for both the user and wakiljitu.

User Responsibility and Legal Compliance on wakiljitu
The primary legal obligation rests with you, the user. You must independently verify that your access to wakiljitu and all activities on our platform are permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction. We provide geographic access controls, account verification (Know Your Customer—KYC), and dispute resolution, but we cannot substitute for your own legal diligence.
If your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming but you access wakiljitu anyway, you assume all legal risk. If your local government takes action against you, or if a payment provider (such as DANA, e-wallet, or a bank like mobile banking or local payment) freezes your account due to suspected gaming activity, wakiljitu is not responsible. You agreed to this risk by using the platform despite knowing its nature.
Conversely, if you are in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and regulated, you may use wakiljitu without legal fear, provided you comply with all other terms of service (age requirements, account integrity, bonus conditions, and so forth). We maintain comprehensive transaction records and will cooperate with lawful regulatory inquiries from authorities in your jurisdiction.
Payment processor restrictions and verification requirements
Our payment processors enforce their own geographic and compliance restrictions. online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment will not process transactions from certain jurisdictions or account types. e-wallet transfers depend on your originating bank's policies (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet all maintain their own compliance frameworks). If a payment processor blocks a deposit or withdrawal, it is not wakiljitu's decision—it is theirs. We cannot override it.
To use wakiljitu, you must complete KYC verification. We request a government-issued ID, a proof-of-address document, and confirmation of your date of birth. This process is mandatory before your first withdrawal and helps us confirm your identity, your jurisdiction of residence, and your legal eligibility. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. If your documents suggest you are in a prohibited jurisdiction, we will suspend your account and deny the withdrawal.
Data sharing with regulators
We maintain comprehensive logs of all account activity—login IP addresses, timestamps, deposits, withdrawals, game play, tournament participation, and dispute history. If a regulator in your jurisdiction requests these records, we will comply with lawful orders. We may also proactively notify regulators of suspected violations if our compliance team identifies patterns suggesting a user is circumventing geographic restrictions or engaging in fraud.
This is not a threat; it is a statement of fact. By using wakiljitu, you acknowledge that your activity may be reported to authorities and that we cooperate with legal processes in all jurisdictions where we operate.
wakiljitu operates transparently within legal boundaries. We do not help users circumvent local law. Regulatory compliance is not optional—it is foundational to who we are.
Seasonal access during tournaments and holidays
Our access restrictions do not change during major tournaments or holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi. Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, and Piala AFF seasons do not trigger different geographic rules. If your jurisdiction is prohibited, it remains prohibited regardless of the calendar. If you are permitted, you remain permitted year-round, including during high-traffic periods when tournament activity and game participation spike.
Contact and appeals
If you have questions about whether your jurisdiction is permitted or if your account has been suspended due to geographic restrictions, contact our support team during business hours (8 AM–6 PM Jakarta time, Monday–Friday). We operate in English and Indonesian. Provide your account ID, your jurisdiction of residence, and any supporting documentation. We respond to jurisdiction inquiries within two business days.
